The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 294-A/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Ban on Lottery Act. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in connection with Khajouli P.S. Case No.103 of 2014 pending in the court of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Madhubani.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender before the Court below.
