This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Two motorcycle borne criminals having covered their faces fired at the informant causing injury at different vital part of the body. The petitioner and others are suspected by the informant for the reason that the petitioner had abused and assaulted a few days back and co-accused, Bablu Khan had also fired at in his mohalla in the early morning on the same day. The case diary would reveal that there is no eye witness of the occurrence.

Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, above named, he, in the event of arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI,
