2. The present writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents concerned for payment of retirement benefits and other consequential benefits relating to compound interest of Group Insurance.
3. The contention of the petitioner is that the husband of the petitioner was duly appointed on 06.02.1981 as Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics in Sakra College, Sakra (Dholi), Muzaffarpur (Now Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar)

It is the case of the petitioner that her husband was shifted from Sakra College to Sakra DAV College (Now DAV College, Siwan under Jai Prakash University) where he joined as Lecturer and started discharging his duty to the full satisfaction of his controlling authority. All of a sudden, her husband died in harness on 30.10.2018. It is the case of the petitioner that despite having filed several representations before the respondents concerned for payment of retiral benefits and other consequential benefits attached to the post being Group Insurance with 12 1⁄2% compound interest amounting to Rs. 2,47,043/- no action till date has been taken by the respondents concerned.
5. The petitioner has appended various orders wherein, this Court has directed the Registrars of the Universities to take final decision in the matters where such retiral benefits have not been extended in favour of the petitioners.
6. This petitioner, at this stage, submits that his case may also be directed to be considered in light of the orders passed in CWJC No. 16318 of 2008 vide order dated 23.12.2014, CWJC No. 11955 of 2022 vide order dated
3/4 10.05.2023 and CWJC No. 11135 of 2024 vide order dated 22.10.2024 (Annexure-P/3 series) to the writ petition.
7. Learned counsel for the University endorses the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and submits that his case may also be directed to be considered strictly in consonance with the orders passed by the aforesaid Co-ordinate Benches as discussed above (Annexure P/3 Series).
8. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file a representation along with the orders of Co-ordinate Benches as discussed above, before the respondents concerned within a period of two weeks from the date of passing of this order.
9. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the Respondent concerned, the same shall be considered within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of the representation and the benefits so accruing to the petitioner be extended to him within a further period of four weeks from the date of such decision taken in this regard.
10. The present writ application stands disposed of in terms thereof.
