2. Learned Counsel for the State submits that he has filed supplementary show-cause. Counsel submits that in the

Patna High Court MJC No.2259 of 2023(5) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 supplementary show-cause, vide Annexure-A the entire investigation and progress has been intimated and investigation has been completed.

3. In the light of the report of the investigation, this Court is not inclined to proceed further in the contempt. Hence, the contempt is dropped. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the report by way of filing the protest petition before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

4. Accordingly, the M.J.C. application stands dismissed.
