Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in Complaint Case No. C104(UK)/2014 filed for the offences under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having placed the complaint, it is submitted that the allegation specific of having committed theft of two lakhs is directed against co-accused Chandra Kishore Rai. The petitioners are only the employees of the College which was found locked. There is further allegation of abusing the
