Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in Complaint Case No. C104(UK)/2014 filed for the offences under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Having placed the complaint, it is submitted that the allegation specific of having committed theft of two lakhs is directed against co-accused Chandra Kishore Rai. The petitioners are only the employees of the College which was found locked. There is further allegation of abusing the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2993 of 2018(2) dt.19-01-2018 2/2 complainant. Petitioners do not carry any criminal antecedent. Let the petitioners abovenamed be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks in the Court below on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No. C 104(UK)/2014 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. with further condition that one of the bailors shall be own/close family member of the petitioners.
