Patna High Court CWJC No.6149 of 2017(3) dt.03-04-2018 2/2 ORAL ORDER 03-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitions has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for absorption against the class-IV post as petitioners have earlier worked as 'Anudeshak' and similar matter was considered by this court in C.W.J.C. No. 8418 of 2010 which was affirmed by the LPA Court in LPA No. 1489 of 2011. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of decision of this court in C.W.J.C. No. 8418 of 2010 and affirmed by LPA court in LPA No. 1489 of 2011 within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
