The present writ petition has been been preferred for the grant of following reliefs:- "A direction may be issued to the respondents to correct/addition in the voter list of Byapar Mandal Sahyog Samittee, Darauli, District Siwan in which no voter has been added after 2012 in the said Byapar Mandal Sahyog Samittee, Darauli., Siwan."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice, if the respondent no.5 takes cognizance of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14120 of 2022(3) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 matter and pass an appropriate order.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to it.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to petitioner to approach the respondent no.5, The District Co-operative Officer, Siwan, in next four weeks along with all the relevant documents.

6. In case, he approaches in next four weeks, the respondent no.5 is duty bound to look into the matter, perused the record and after hearing the necessary parties to pass an appropriate order in next three months.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
