JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that a sum of Rs.10 lakh was withdrawn from the Bank at the behest of the cashier by the petitioner. On realizing the mistake, the petitioner immediately deposited the said amount with the Bank.
It appears that the cashier, Amresh Kumar Arvind, has already been granted anticipatory bail (Annexure-3). In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
