2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5403 of 2024 (Annexure P/1) by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No.148 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5403 of 2024 in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 148 of 2021, in the event of his surrender/arrest within a period of six weeks from the date of the order. However, the petitioner could not surrender within the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57636 of 2025(2) dt.03-09-2025 2/2 time frame due to a communication gap between the counsel's office and the petitioner. The said order could not be communicated to the petitioner in time, as a result of which, he could not surrender within the stipulated period. Learned counsel, therefore, prays for an extension of four weeks' time to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below in compliance with the aforesaid order.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below in terms of the order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5403 of 2024.
