2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS. 3 . As per FIR, this petitioner is said to have assaulted on the head of the informant with gadasa.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Doctor has not found any injury on the head of the informant. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56275 of 2025(3) dt.11-11-2025 2/2 of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Aurangabad, Bihar in connection with NTPC Khaira P.S. Case No. 23 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
