The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one loaded country-made pistol and a separate live cartridge were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 22.11.2020 and investigation in the case has concluded.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR and the

No.64103 of 2021(3) dt.10-05-2022 2/2 petitioner having remained in custody for 1 year 5 months, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case no. 640 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai.
