The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 139 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 384, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they along with other co-accused persons assaulted to the informant due to which he sustained injuries and also misbehaved with informant's wife.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. A land

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54308 of 2022(2) dt.16-01-2023 2/2 dispute going on between both parties due to which these petitioners have falsely been made accused in this present case. As per the injury report annexed as Annexure-2, it appears that the injuries sustained by injured person are simple in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 9.6.2022.

Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 139 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, District- Madhubani.
