Mr. Amit Bhushan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner while accepting that the order passed on the writ petition has been complied, complains that again encroachment has taken place.

In my opinion, any subsequent events may give rise to a fresh proceeding but in the circumstances where as per the own admission of the petitioner the order has been complied by the Circle Officer no cause remains for keeping the contempt application pending which is accordingly disposed of.
