JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-03-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in order to approach the statutory appellate forum namely, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority for redressal of his grievance. Permission is granted.

In case, such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of one month alongwith a copy of this order, the District Teachers Appellate Authority is required to decide the appeal on its own merit after condoning the delay in filing the appeal considering the fact that the petitioner has filed this writ
