2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Abhishek Kumar, who was apprehended on the spot with stolen motorcycles.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner has got two criminal antecedents.
