This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the complainant. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same. The petitioner has already married with another lady. The petitioner is not paying maintenance amount, as ordered by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Katihar, in Maintenance Case No. 965 of 2014 (Jyoti Devi & Ors. Vrs. Pappu Sah). Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused in connection with C.A.
