2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.07.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 49862 of 2024, by which the petitioner was granted regular bail.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, while drafting the bail petition, the name of the court was erroneously mentioned 'as Additional Sessions JudgeXIII-cum-Special Judge, Excise-1, Gopalaganj in the prayer portion thereof, instead of the court of J.M. 1st Class-XII, Gopalganj, which resultantly figured in para-5 of the bail order

4. In view of aforesaid submission, the order dated 24.07.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 49862 of 2024 is modified/clarified to the extent that in para-5 thereof, the name of the court shall be read 'as J.M 1st Class-XII', instead of the court of Additional Sessions judge-XIII-cum-Special Judge, Excise-1, Gopalaganj.
