By the impugned order, it appears that the court below has only made formal amendment in the parentage of the defendants and also expunged the name of plaintiff No.2 and defendant Nos.1 and 2 whose legal heirs are already on record. I do not find any jurisdictional error or illegality in the order impugned. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
