2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dehri P.S. Case No.148 of 2021 (S.Tr. No.122 of 2022), lodged under Sections 302 and 34 of the I.P.C. read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected thrice i.e., vide order dated 15.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.23828 of 2022, order dated 21.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21991 of 2023, order dated 19.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10204 of 2024.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner further submits that vide order dated 19.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10204 of 2024, it was indicated by the trial court that within 3 months, trial shall be concluded, but it has not been concluded within 3 months and more than 8 months has lapsed.
5. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on being satisfied by the trial court that the petitioner is not absconding in the cases i.e., Sasaram P.S. Case No.956 of 2021 which is pending against him, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. District and Sessions Judge-V, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dehri P.S. Case No.148 of 2021 (S.Tr. No.122 of 2022), subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
