2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and in any event, the thrust of accusation of assault is against co-accused Rana Pratap Singh @ Guddu Singh and Digvijay Singh. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47166 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
