Patna High Court CWJC No.15992 of 2015 dt.05-05-2016 2/3 The petitioner superannuated from the service while working as an Assistant in Purnea College, Purnea, a constituent unit of Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Madhepura, with effect from 31.07.2014.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that till date, following retiral dues have not been paid to him:- (i) Gratuity (ii) Leave Encashment amount (iii) Amount of Group Insurance (iv) General Provident Fund amount (v) Arrears of pension for the period August, 2014 to December, 2014.

The petitioner has also sought a direction for payment of other admissible dues in the nature of arrears of salary, pension etc. on account of revision of pay in the scale of Rs. 5500/- - Rs. 9000/-.

Though, this application was filed in December, 2015, after serving its copy upon the learned Counsel for the University, so far no counter affidavit has been filed on their behalf.

However, considering the nature of relief sought for in the present application, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Madhepura, to ensure payment of all admissible

Patna High Court CWJC No.15992 of 2015 dt.05-05-2016 3/3 dues payable to the petitioner after his superannuation against various heads, as have been noted above, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before him. The Registrar, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Madhepura, will also be required to furnish to the petitioner the details of calculations, indicating admissibility of the dues against the heads above mentioned at the time of making of such payments to the petitioner in the light of the present order.
