JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is that he along with two other accused persons snatched the bag of informant in which Rs.11,10,000/- and other articles were kept. Earlier bail application of petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 to the present application. This is the second attempt for bail on behalf of petitioner. A report was called for from the court below. It has been reported that only one chargesheeted witness is yet to be examined in the case. The trial is expected to be concluded within a period of two months.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, same is rejected.

Any how, the trial court, i.e., Addl. Sessions Judge-IIIrd, Aurangabad, is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial in connection with S. Tr. No. 132 of 2016 arising out of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52694 of 2016 (3) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 Daudnagar P.S. Case no. 115 of 2015 preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If necessary, the court shall conduct the trial on day to day basis.
