JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 40 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of kidnapping of minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn my attention towards Annexure-2 to show that victim girl was recovered on 26.1.2019, whereas the case has been lodged on 4.2.2019. Further submission is that the statement of victim girl has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which there is main allegation against one Jitendra Pandey and there is no

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioners surrender by 28.8.2019 and learned court below shall verify the above facts from the case diary and if the same is found to be true, the court below shall release the petitioners on bail to its own satisfaction, otherwise petitioners have to surrender and pray for regular bail.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
