04-11-2015 Heard Sri Amar Nath Deo, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 13. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 6422 of 2013, which stood dismissed on 17-07-2015, due to non-prosecution.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since in the daily cause list, name of learned counsel for the petitioner was not appearing, it could not be marked and the case remained unattended and it stood dismissed.

After hearing and considering the ground set forth in the petition, same is allowed.

Let C.W.J.C. No. 6422 of 2013 be restored to its original file.
