Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S.Case No.71 of 2019 dated 9.2.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Property Damage Act.
Prosecution case is that the informant who is Executive Engineer of the Housing Board found the petitioner constructing pillars in the land of the Housing Board. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the land does not belong to the petitioner. She is only working as Maid. She is also ready to abide by any condition imposed upon her.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-III, Patna in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S.Case No.71 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
