The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 174 of 2016 registered under Sections 376, 504, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the allegations levelled against the petitioners are general and omnibus, including under section 376 of the I.P.C. against the petitioner no.1, as nothing has been specifically alleged against the petitioners. Further submission is that prior to filing of the present case, Complaint Case No. 21(c) of 2016 was filed against the informant and others by the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52504 of 2016 (2) dt.20-12-2016 2/2 petitioner no.1.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 174 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shail/- U T
