The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that whatever folders were given to him stand disclosed in Annexure
4. The charge of relevant document was never given to the petitioner, therefore he could not produce the same before the concerned authority.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37904 of 2016 (3) dt.22-09-2016 2/2 let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Chainpur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2016, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
