2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 295 A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 157 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been implicated merely on suspicion as the first information report itself discloses doubt as to whether it was cow meat which was carried by the petitioner along with others. The petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of

Case No. 157 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
