10. 09-05-2016 In compliance with the order of this Court, the Vigilance Investigation Bureau has submitted its preliminary report in envelope. It was opened and perused. Office is directed to seal it and keep it on record.

Sri Rama Kant Sharma, learned Senior Law Officer for the Vigilance Department, in presence of learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 13 as well as learned counsel for respondent no. 7, submits that during preliminary enquiry, material has been collected, suggesting commission of cognizable offence and thereafter, an F.I.R. has

I have also perused the report, which suggests that F.I.R. has been registered by the Vigilance Investigation Bureau, vide Vigilance Case No. 48 of 2016 and investigation is going on in this case. Therefore, there is no need to pass any further order. Accordingly, the record is directed to be consigned. The Court expects that Vigilance Investigation Bureau may proceed with the investigation and conclude it expeditiously.
