No.9883 of 2006 was a direction to the Vice Chancellor of the University to consider and take a decision with regard to the representation of the petitioner. The Vice Chancellor has taken a decision and passed an appropriate order granting certain benefits to the petitioner.

Now the grievance of the petitioner is only with regard to grant of interest on the delayed payment. In the writ petition, no such direction to pay interest was given and, therefore, in this
