2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:- "i. For directing the respondents concerned to get the encroached land of the petitioner vacated from his neigbour in pursuance of Sec.4(b) of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009.

ii. For directing the respondents concerned to direct the encroachers of the petitioner's land to vacate it in pursuance of

Patna High Court CWJC No.12356 of 2023(2) dt.15-04-2024 2/2 the measurement report dated 05.08.2013 submitted by the Anchal Amin before the Learned LRDC, Patna City through the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar.

iii. Any other relief(s).

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be approaching the appropriate authority for the redressal of the grievance.
