The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Tajpur (Waini) P.S. Case No. 107 of 2015 registered for offence under Sections 302, 34 & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act, 1959, has prayed for grant of bail. By way of referring to F.I.R., it was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no specific accusation against the petitioner, rather there is general and omnibus allegation. He further submits that during investigation, statement of certain witness was recorded which creates doubt on the allegation of the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40940 of 2016 (3) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 However, after going through the F.I.R., the Court is of the opinion that it is not a case for grant of bail. Dismissed.
