JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 Earlier anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order, dated 20.07.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33666 of 2017.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was also on police bail. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Since the prayer for anticipatory bail was earlier rejected in the month of November, 2017, and after seven months, again, an application has been filed to grant anticipatory bail. I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, as he was on police bail, the Court below pass appropriate order.

With the aforesaid observations, this application is disposed of.
