ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 14.9.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.48771 of 2014, which has been occasioned on account of the fact that in paragraphs 2 and 4 of the aforementioned order, Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.144 of 2014 has been recorded whereas correct number is Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.144 of 2013. The said mistake has occurred on account of typographical mistake in paragraph 1 of the petition of Cr.Misc. No.48771 of 2014 and also in the prayer portion thereof. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph 5 of the said petition, the correct case number has been recorded. Accordingly, this Court directs that correct case number

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55426 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 2/2 in the order dated 14.9.2015 be read as Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.144 of 2013 and not Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.144 of 2014.

The time for surrender indicated in the said order shall run from today.

The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
