Mr. Sri Dilip Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 38 of 2017 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 447, 427, 326 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the instant case parties have entered into a compromise and similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 55393 of 2017 vide order dated 5.11.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14603 of 2018(2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 including the statement made in para-3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Vth, Darbhanga, in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 38 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U T
