The present Cr. Writ Petition has been filed for quashing of F.I.R. bearing Kinjar P.S. Case No. 71 of 2021, dated 26.08.2021 lodged under Sections 376/306/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to avail remedy which has been raised here i.e. for removing of Section 376 of I.P.C. and other sections in the present case before appropriate forum at appropriate stage.

The present Cr. Writ Petition stands disposed off with

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1187 of 2022(2) dt.04-05-2023 2/2 the aforesaid liberty.
