University, Chapra.

In view of the agreement between the parties as agreed to by learned counsel for the J.P. University, Chapra all admitted dues shall be paid to the petitioner within two weeks from today along with statutory interest, if any.

Learned counsel for the State has assured that the fund which has been sanctioned a few days back will be sent to the University within four days.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
