Petitioner seeks bail in Fenhara P.S. Case No.91 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Police arrested the petitioner on suspicion and recorded his confessional statement. Petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
