JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case no. 211 of 2016, registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws on 11.07.2016 due to non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle in dowry and to dispose of the dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, daughter of the informant. Further submission is that deceased died due to chest pain and dead body was cremated in presence of the informant, but with ulterior motive after 20 days of the occurrence, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55780 of 2016 (4) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 informant lodged the Complaint Case No. 1251C of 2016, which is the basis of the F.I.R. Further submission is that the husband of the deceased is in custody.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 211 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
