JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if she is permitted to file a representation before the respondent no. 3 regarding her grievances mentioned in the writ petition and the respondent no. 3 be directed to dispose of the said representation within a specified time frame. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation regarding her grievances within two weeks and in case such representation is filed before the respondent no. 3, then the same may be considered and disposed of within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the said representation by a speaking and reasoned order.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. It is made clear that no further writ petition would lie before this Court henceforth regarding the subject matter of the present case. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U
