2. This is second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier the petition, filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner, stood dismissed as withdrawn, vide order dated 24.04.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 4124 of 2023 (Annexure 1).

3. In this case, there is recovery of 43.8 liters of Banti-Babli country-made liquor from the gunny bag, which was allegedly thrown by this petitioner. Besides this, petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature.
