The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar PS case no. 791 of 2017 dated 26.7.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 384, 386, 387, 307, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail petition with a liberty to approach the learned trial court for grant of regular bail.

Accordingly, it is directed that in case the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today before the concerned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1461 of 2018 (3) dt.19-02-2018 2/2 court, the concerned court shall consider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail and dispose of the same on the same day considering the fact that though the incident has taken place on 25.7.2017, but the injury report is dated 2.9.2017 and that too has been brought from a private hospital. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
