The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354, 354(B), 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The prosecution case is that Pravesh Singh took away the cow of the informant when the informant went to take her cow then Gajendra Singh abused the informant by calling caste name and attempted to outrage her modesty. It is further alleged that petitioner and others threatened the informant on gun point and made assault to the informant and others.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49647 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general. Main accused Gajendra Singh has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 46616 of 2015 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 198 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
