5. In the instant petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding upon the respondents to publish the Selection List forthwith of Homeopath practitioners, which they have prepared but not published causing hostile discrimination with the petitioners and other Homeopathic Medical Practitioners in complete violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India as well as order dated 26.09.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13410/ 2019 and order dated 22.09.2020 passed in Civil Review No. 433/ 2019 and further the respondents is directed to send the petitioners for admission and training for Six months Certificate in Community Health Course pursuant to the Advertisement No.10/ 2019."

6. The aforesaid relief is supported by the representations dated 03.02.2021 and 24.03.2021. Therefore, the 3rd respondent (Executive Director (Aayush), State Aayush Society, Bihar, Patna) is hereby directed to decide the petitioners' representations and extend benefits in accordance with law.

7. If the petitioners are otherwise not entitled, in that event, necessary speaking order shall be passed and communicate to each of the petitioner.

8. The above exercise shall be completed by the concerned respondent within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

9. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
