The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner had taken Rs. 1, 65,000/- from the complainant, but he did not return the said amount and thus, cheated the complainant. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. No chit of paper has been brought on record by the complainant in support of his allegation. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.54218 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge XVI cum A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 648(C1) of 2012, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
