2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 (B) and 302/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . It is a case of dowry death .

4. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. He is separate in mess and property. There is no specific allegation is alleged against him and he has no concern with the love affairs between the couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55139 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J . M. Ist Class Saran in connection with Mashrakh P . S. Case No . 07 of 2021 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
