2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 109 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Manish Kumar had given Rupees Seventeen Lakhs to one Arpit for procuring a job. The victim had introduced Manish with Arpit. When Manish did not get any job, he started demanding his money back from Arpit. Arpit did not return the money. The victim was called by Manish Kumar to Patna for some work and from Patna he was taken to Madhurapur by Manish, Rajkumar and others.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 10.07.2024 and he has clean antecedent.

5. From the statement of the victim, it appears that it is not a case of ransom and there was monetary dispute and victim had mediated in the payment of money by Manish to Arpit.

6. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan/ concerned court in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 109 of 2024.
