JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-06-2018 This matter was earlier taken up out of turn on the request of the petitioner and order pronounced on 18.04.2018 on an inadvertent impression that it was a case of release of food grains which had been seized by the respondents. At the time of correction of the draft order, however, it came to light that as a matter of fact, the food grains had already been sold and the sale proceeds deposited into the treasury. As such, the matter was listed under the heading "To be mentioned".

2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents, the order dated 18.04.2018 is recalled.

3. A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner in Court today, inter alia, stating that a representation has

4. Learned counsel for the respondents informs that the aforesaid representation has been fixed for consideration and disposal on 13.07.2018 before the Collector.
