JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-06-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of learned AC to AAG-9, at the very outset, submits that the present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the provisions of the Bihar Tenants' Holdings (Maintenance of Records) Act, 1973, which is a scheduled Act under the provisions of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009 and, as such, he makes a prayer for transferring the record to the Bihar Land Tribunal.

Accordingly, in view of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners and in terms of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of the case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith. (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U
