1. Heard Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Shrivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019, dated 06.07.2019 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 342, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The main submissions advanced by the petitioners' counsel are that the petitioners had earlier preferred Cr. Misc. No. 44040 of 2021 seeking anticipatory bail in connection with the FIR of the present matter and their prayer was allowed by the then Bench of this court but the petitioners

No.54383 of 2025(2) dt.18-08-2025 2/2 could not furnish bail bonds within the stipulated period of 30 days and finally surrendered before the trial court on 17.06.2025, since then, they have been languishing in jail, in the FIR, there is no specific allegation against them and the police have not sent up the petitioners for trial. It is lastly submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and before the trial court, the informant has filed a compromise petition with a prayer to dispose of the matter on the basis of compromise, as he does not want to proceed with the trial against the accused.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioners.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioners' counsel, this court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
